I loved the design you put together, but it wasn't made clear what I needed to do after I sent in the design. The website is nice, but it could use a few additional features. I spoke with people there several times and was told my shirts could be done 4 days before they were actually finished. I can't really complain since they were done by my "due date", but I should not be told that they can be done early, when they can't. You should just make sure to give people realistic responses about when shirts will be finished.

If you say shirts can be done by a specific day when I call on the phone, make sure they are done by then or don't give unrealistic promises. Suggest people make the "due date" a few days before they really need them.

We submitted a QR code for part of our design and on the first batch of our order the code didn't work because of a lack of contrast between the shirt and ink color. Thankfully we got it figured out for the rest of the batch, and it's a human error but it might have been helpful to check it before the shirts were printed.
