RetroDuck.com - Returns & Exchanges


We stand behind our products 100% and we offer exchanges or refunds on any just about any darn thing we sell.

We will accept returns on all Vintage & Custom apparel, within 365 days of the purchase.  If you are unhappy with any of the items we've sold you, send them back, and we'll make it right.  

For custom orders, we can only offer refunds to full orders (no missing items).  If you wish to exchange a custom order, we will process a refund for your initial order, and then move ahead to start a new order.  If we do not think we can help you, we'll let you know. 

All exchanges must include a completed RetroDuck Return Form.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their exchange, though we hope to begin offering free return shipping this year (2011).  We do not receive a lot of Returns, but when we do, we are glad to have a chance to correct an error.  We would much rather return or exchange your order than have our customers be unhappy!
