Custom T-Shirts & Screen Printing
Which Items can you Screen Print on? I need some Custom T-Shirts made. I may also want to know which brands you carry, and which colors they are available in. Check out our handy-dandy catalog page.
I need shirts fast. What is your turn-around time? We ask for 5-7 days.
I need them faster than that. Can you help? We can typically turn a job around in 4 days, or fewer, but these projects often incur rush fees during peak seasons. If we need our staff to work overtime to accommodate your order, we will likely cover those costs with a rush fee (+$2 per shirt). We will let you know if rush fees apply to your rush order when you contact us.
Do you have an order minimum? Yes. Custom orders require a minimum of 12 pieces.
I am confused about how to place an order. How do I do that? Head on over to our order page, which describes our "Design & Print Package". If this doesn't answer your questions in a couple of minutes, just call us up, or write us an email (see the top right of this page)
I am with an organization from Michigan State University. We want to get shirts made that have MSU logos/trademarks on them. What do we do? If
you are a student organization, we can use various Michigan State-related
images as long as they are approved by the licensing department at MSU.

Do you ship custom t-shirt orders? We can ship your custom t-shirts to anywhere in the continental U.S. Just let us know what you need!
I want to order Vintage T-Shirts, and Custom T-Shirt today. Can I place just one order? Currently, Vintage T-Shirts and Custom T-Shirts must be ordered separately. If you have any questions, please let us know!
Why are your prices Cheaper/More Expensive than Company X? Each Screen Printing company has their own set of costs, which effect their overall pricing structure. Keep in mind that many companies charge Screen, Setup, and Art Charges. We work those costs into our Base Price, so that it makes life easier for everyone involved. Sometimes we're the cheapest, and in some cases we're the most expensive. We make sure our prices allow us to pay our people well, invest in updating our equipment, and provide you with the highest quality shirts & inks!
Vintage T-Shirts
What exactly makes your vintage t-shirts "vintage?" That is a great question, and one that can be answered in long-winded form here.
Can I buy just an iron-on decal or do I have to have it put on a t-shirt?
Yes you can. All of the
decals that we offer are original, and not reproductions. Most are
extremely rare. If you would like to
buy iron-ons from us, simply choose an item and select "IRON-ON ONLY" from the "Shirt Style" drop down. Add that
item to your shopping cart. Iron-Ons are $5 cheaper than buying them with a t-shirt. Note: you will still be asked to select a t-shirt color when doing this.
I just saw a design on your site, and now it is gone! How can I get this design? Unfortunately
due to the nature of the beast, once a vintage transfer is sold-out,
there is a pretty good chance we will no longer be able to carry said
item. This aspect of our business is like a used book or record store.
Sometimes we find more, often times, sadly, we don't.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive? Most
of the orders placed at RetroDuck orders will ship within two to three
days from when your order is
placed. Depending on which shipping method you choose at check-out,
domestic orders should take between 5-10 days. International orders
take between two and three weeks.
Can I track my shipment? If you selected UPS as your shipping method, you should have received a tracking number in your email. If you cannot locate your tracking information, please contact us, and we will provide you with tracking information.
I made a mistake with my order. Can I fix it? Yes,
we'd be much happier changing your order than leaving you with
something you aren't happy with. Please contact us immediately so we
can rectify the situation.
I haven't received my order yet. Can you help me with this? Yes
we can, and we apologize for the delay! If it has been more than two
weeks since you placed your domestic order, or four weeks since you
placed your International order, please contact customer service.
If I choose Next Day or 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order? Orders
take 1 business day to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt
for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it will take one day longer than the
shipping method, two days total for Next Day Air and three days total
for 2nd Day Air.
RetroDuck used to offer USPS (Post Office) Shipping. Where did that option go? I have an international/PO Box address - UPS won't ship to me! Unfortunately for our international and PO Box customers, we not longer offer USPS shipping. While the option is slightly more affordable, we have had bad experiences that lead to our decision. UPS is the only carrier we trust for our shipping needs, for the sake of our customers' collective happiness. If you absolutely need your package shipped to a PO Box, call or email. We'll help you out. .............
